Alex Zhavoronkov, PhD, Director and trustee of the Biogerontology Research Foundation, a UK-based think tank supporting ageing research worldwide, shook the conference audience by suggesting that the youth of today and the next generation will live to between 130-160 years old. Doug Carlson, responsible for the strategic direction of benefit programs for NCR's 23,000 employees around the world, gave a sound lesson on how to deftly manage and develop a multinational pooling arrangement with a considerable degree of success.
Traci Peterson, Director of the Global Human Resource Team at Accenture, leading Global Mobility and Global Benefit Program Development and Strategy, closed the conference on a high with an excellent wrap up summarising with wit and precision the presentations of the two content rich days of business sessions.
