Group benefit market in Greece continues to be a dynamic market with a penetration in the Greek companies of approximately 20%. Currently, a new segment is presented in the market, tais of the second pillar, which includes the Professional Funds. Thus, a significant growth in Employee Benefits Market is expected for the next 5 years.

Recently the Government increased the tax-free limits for Employee Benefits from 1.100,00 to 1.500,00 per insured employee

Provided that any increase in the social security is not expected, there are opportunities for an increase in the supplementary private schemes.
