Main risk covered:
Death
Term life insurance covers the risk of death. The benefit of 100%
of the sum insured is paid in case of death of insured during the
policy term.
Additional risks covered:
1. Total permanent disability
The benefit of 100% of the sum insured is paid in case of total
permanent disability. The insured event shall be defined as the
irrevocable disablement of the insured person to the extent that he
looses 75% of ability to work as a result of failure of different
bodily functions that occurred during the effective period of the
insurance.
2. Death due to accident
The benefit of 100% of the sum insured is paid in case of death of
the insured due to accident during the policy term.
3. Disability due to accident
The benefit in case of disability due to accident shall be paid
within the limits of sum insured. It means that a certain part of
the insurance amount due to the degree of the disability shall be
indemnified.
4. Temporary disability and bone fractures
In case of injury due to accident will be paid the benefit for the
injury suffered within the limits of sum insured.
5. Daily allowance or hospital daily allowance
If an insured person is temporary rendered incapable of working due
to a personal accident, he will receive a daily allowance benefit
for each day of working incapacity. If an insured person is
hospitalised as a result of a personal accident, he will receive a
hospital daily benefit for each day spent in hospital.
6. Critical illnesses
The benefit of 100% of the sum insured is paid in case of diagnosis
of the critical illness during the policy. Insurance benefit is
paid only once, regardless of critical illnesses and their
recurrence number.
